At Jersey Goals, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Original Condition – Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Customized Jerseys – Jerseys with custom names/numbers or added patches cannot be returned or exchanged.
Standard Jerseys – Jerseys without customizations can be returned for store credit or exchanged for an item of equal value (extra charges apply for higher-priced exchanges).

Resend Policy (For Size Issues, Delays, or Lost Packages)

Size Issues

If your jersey doesn’t fit, send us a photo of you wearing the jersey for verification. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement in the correct size at no additional cost.

Shipping Delays

For FREE SHIPPING (Estimated delivery: 14-21 days)

  • If your order has no tracking update for 30+ days, contact us, and we’ll reship your order for free.

For EXPRESS SHIPPING (Estimated delivery: 7-14 days)

  • If your order has no tracking update for 21+ days, reach out, and we’ll resend your order at no extra cost.

Lost or Seized Packages

  • If your package is lost or held by customs, contact us, and we’ll reship your order at no charge.

How to Return, Exchange, or Request a Resend

Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team to initiate a return, exchange, or resend request. Include your order number and relevant photos (if applicable).

Step 2: Approval & Return Instructions
Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Please ship the item back within 30 days of delivery to the correct return address.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify your return.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, please contact us for assistance.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • After 24 hours, modifications cannot be guaranteed, especially for customized items.
